  • Lead Pastor: Scott Gray M.S., M. Ed.

    Scott serves as the lead pastor of 10 Towns Church. His career has been one of two lanes: ministry & career.  Within his ministry lane, Pastor Scott became a licensed pastor by the Assemblies of God in 1991 and worked on staff for three different Assembly of God churches in Alabama & Ohio as a youth pastor (or pastor for teens) and has volunteered at Christ Church (Columbia Station, Ohio) as the Clean Heart for Men leader and was on the pastoral counseling team each for several years.  In October 2013, Scott, along with his wife Lisa, were sent out & ordained by Pastor Mike Perkinson and Estrella Mountain Church in Goodyear, Arizona.  In his Career lane he's worked as a child welfare social worker for the State of Florida and for Cuyahoga County Children & Family Services for approximately 10 years and as a special education teacher since 2005.  


    He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Bible from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida; A Master of Science degree in professional counseling from Capella University, Minneapolis, Minnesota; and a Masters in Education from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio.  Scott also studied at Ashland Theological Seminary, Ashland, Ohio.


    Scott and his wife Lisa have been married since 1994 and have three daughters.  In his spare time he enjoys day trips with his wife (& daughters), riding his bike, and sitting by a fire.

  • Pastor of women's Discipleship: Lisa Gray

    Lisa Gray serves as pastor of women's discipleship. As a teen, God gave Lisa a desire and giftedness to lead worship. She began leading worship as a teen-ager in her youth group at Calvary Assembly of God in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. Since then Lisa has been part of the worship teams at Calvary Chapel in Lakeland, Florida and Christ Church in Columbia Station, Ohio. While serving as a youth pastor at Rock of Grace in Kinsman, Ohio she led the youth ministry worship band. During the past few years Lisa has written and recorded several original worship songs. Lisa holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in education from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida and uses her education in the Medina area as "Miss Lisa" of Miss Lisa's Story Time (www.misslisastorytime.com) a traveling story-time for preschoolers and early elementary students.


    Lisa enjoys picking and restoring antiques dolls and toys.  In her spare time she likes going on day trips with her husband, Scott.

  • Deacon: Charles Eaken

    Charles Eaken serves 10 Towns in the leadership role of Deacon.  Charles and his wife, Nancy have been married since 1985.  They have two adult daughters.  Charles grew up in Medina County and works in the electrical trades.  When Charles is not working or serving others, he enjoys martial arts and spending time with his wife.
